Biographical Information

Born in Scarborough in 1881. 1891 census, parents, Jonathan (butcher) & Isabella Fenby living at 116 Westborough, Scarborough with Herbert as a child & 10 siblings. 1901 census, Herbert is a billiard marker, living at 7 Milton Terrace, Scarborough with his widowed father & various siblings.

Emigrated to Nevis, Alberta, Canada, where his widow, Fay Fenby was living at his death.
