Biographical Information
Harry Wilson, son of Joseph a railway company checker, and Ellen A Wilson, of 104 Moorland Road, Scarborough, was a pupil at Gladstone Road School and a student at the Municipal School. He joined the Royal Navy on 14/3/1907 when he was 16, as a Boy Second Class and rose through the ranks to become a Leading Seaman.
