Biographical Information
Harold was born in Scarborough. His father Robert William, was a licensed victualler at the Leeds Hotel 27 St Mary’s Street, Scarborough and his mother Catherine Hill Payne assisted her husband in the business. In 1911 Harold lived with his parents and worked as a cabinet maker. He died in Scarborough aged 24.
